Up about 9 as I did not sleep well though the night. Had a lovely relaxed breakfast with Henning, Rika and their daughter Fryer. They then headed off and I left for a bike tour of Berlin.
It was a beautiful sunny day and extremely hot for this time of year. Yesterday there were record temperatures in England.
